These clients contacted us because they were tired of their 70’s style living room. The drywall ceiling was sagging, the paneling was outdated, and they couldn't stand the brick on the fireplace any more. It was time for an upgrade.
With a great vision in mind they reached out to us. Wondering if we could help with their living room problem, they scheduled a Brainstorming Session with us. We went over what their ideal living room would look like.
Exposed beams, can lighting, more natural light, granite fireplace and hearth, and built in bookcases. Clean and simple, with a touch of sophistication. We had a game plan!
They were ready to move forward. Once we signed our contract and received the 50% deposit, scheduling started and orders were put in place. We were on the move!
This remodel involved a full gut of this living room. The ceiling was reinstalled, our amazing electrician worked his magic and our dry-wallers knocked out this project in a timely manner.
Granite and windows were installed and then we began our trim and paint work. Once the carpet was installed, our project was complete.
